“I had extreme pain in my tooth that felt like an exposed nerve. It's December 26th and my dentist's office is closed until January 3rd. I called the on-call dentist phone number. Dr. MacDonald called me back, called in pain meds and anti-inflammatory meds for me immediately, and opened his office to treat me today, within just hours of my initial contact to him. Turns out I had to have an emergency root canal. Dr. MacDonald was so professional and caring. He and his assistant (Viv?) took excellent care of me!!
